Many of those cases involve family issues such as marriage or divorce or criminal backgrounds. Because he has been in criminal court and divorce court he is able to provide a more in depth representation for clients.
Ms. Cruz is the Office Manager and her experience of over 20 years involves complex work for waivers and appointments at U.S. Embassies in countries such as Mexico and Japan and China and throughout Africa and Europe. She is bilingual in Spanish.
As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Mr. Elesh is able to work as one of the top immigration attorney’s in the country and he has mentored younger attorneys regarding waivers and immigration court and constantly stays updated regarding the changes in the law in the Trump Administration.
In 2025 and beyond the changes in immigration law include responses by CBP in the U.S. airports and by ICE regarding internal enforcement and the initiation of removal proceedings. The regulations have changed.
